Exchange and Return Policy

Club de Cuero offers one of the most customer friendly return and exchange policy.
Warranty policy:
1. We offer 1 Year Shoe Warranty,
2. Water damage claim will not be entertained.
3. Shoes will be repaired within 7-10 days in case any issue arises.

Exchange and Refund : 
1) Shoe size can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.  (ONLY IF NOT USED)
2) Shoe article can also be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
3) No exchange and refunds on sale items.

EASY REFUND POLICY:
* If due to any reason customer wants to return the shoe, 10% of the total charges will be deducted. (e.g. : If the price of the shoe is 10,000 rupees then 1000 rupees will be deducted as stated in our refund policy)
* Refund possible only within 7 days of purchase.
* Refund will be made within 7 working days.
